I rented a small 5 x 5 unit for a few months then brought my furniture from the Okanagan and had to expand. WOW the team at Advanced were so patient while I tried a few lockers out.
Now I believe I have the best and the experience was amazing. Christian and Shubham, the managers, fit me with a locker with a 10’ door by 5 deep! So amazing to access my things. This service is so vital and so appreciated!

I picked advanced storage because it's clean, the bathrooms smell like beauty freshly picked flowers on a hot summers day. Clean and spotless. I liked the gate entrance. The manager and staff member are professional, helpful and nice. I recommend a few people to go there. I feel like my things In storage are safe. I accidentally left my lock opened. They sent me a message right away. They definitely know how to run a business. Years ago I went to a different storage unit my bike was outside as I was doing a few things. It got stolen. I was really upset.

We had to get a storage unit last-minute to store moving boxes. My partner talked to Shubham and we were in the unit within half an hour. Super friendly and accommodating, the place seems very secure (gated, security cameras), SUPER clean and even had trolleys available to help move things from the car to the unit.

I was helped out mostly by Christian, he was awesome. Shavy and Pawan were great too. Had my stuff here for a couple of weeks. Lockers seemed secure, climate controlled, hours of access are good (6-22h daily, office hours differ)

Shavy and Christian were both super helpful and thorough helping me and my partner get storage same-day! Both are very knowledgeable and friendly employees and made everything super simple and easy. Place is very clean and secure with good rates
